How to Find Suitable Trainees through the INTLAG Web Application?

1. Register Your Organisation
You can register your organisation by filling in the registration form. Within 2 working days, a message with an activation link will be delivered to the e-mail address you have entered in the registration form. By clicking on it, your user account in the INTLAG web application will be activated and you will be able to use all its functionalities, including advertising work placements to potentially as many as 23 000 UP students.

2. Advertise Your Work Placement Offers
After logging in into the INTLAG application, please carefully fill in the work placement offer form. Our system will match your work placement offer to every student registered in the application. Next, the system will automatically send an email message announcing your work placement offer to every student whose study orientation corresponds to the offered position. The students may view your advertisement also directly in the INTLAG application in the list of work placement offers or by finding your work placement offer through a complex search apparatus.

3. Receiving Applications for a Work Placement
The preselection of the students' applications for a work placement (CV, cover letter, or other documents required by you) will be done by the UP departmental work placement guarantors within 7 working days following the application deadline defined by you in your work placement offer. After that, there will be a list of the pre-selected students' applications available to you in your INTLAG environment. Having revised these applications, you can reject the unsuitable applications with one click of the button and approve the selected application. After that, you can very easily generate a Letter of Admission for the selected student in the INTLAG application.
